Felt very private, nice to sit outside on the balcony over the water without feeling like you can be seen by everyone. Location was very close (walking distance) from a nice fresh water beach that wasn't too busy.
Parking arrangements unclear on arrival, the actual location of the cabin is slightly hidden from where you come in and there isn't very good signage. The cabin, though clean throughout, is obviously in a rural location and there were a lot of bugs and spiders inside the property, as well as some very enterprising ducks on the balcony who did try to get inside. Lastly, though it wouldn't necessarily be expected, there is no air conditioning in the cabin and it does get very hot and stuffy on a hot day.

We like the location and the setting in a marina since we are boat people so to speak and own our boat. We had just never been to this marina before the restaurant on the property was really nice and we enjoyed it very much.
We were a late arrival, and hence the host was not present on the property. He did make arrangements to place the key and leave our cabin unlocked. That was very nice and he had returned our phone call. Nevertheless, we did not understand how to access the property via our car and however, we eventually figured it out. I wish that we had been told that the card on the key ring was the tool that unlocked the gate for vehicle access.
Also, there were no bathroom accessories like soap and shampoo. Maybe this is a European thing I don’t really know, but it has never happened to us before when we have stayed in accommodations in Europe. The restaurant on the property we thought was very nice. We would stay there again now that we know how to access the property and next time we would bring our own bathroom accessories.

It was clean. The space we got was okay
We got House boat number 1 and postion of it was terrible because because all the waste from the sea was along our house boat. And we got no own space to sit outside because the chairs and table stands on the pier. And that was not in the description. Taht was really disapointing.
