Super comfy bed, lovely, helpful staff, great location
only slight negative is the lighting is not great - especially in the kitchenette area, could also use a few more bits and pieces in the kitchenette to make it more functional

Large bedroom and bed.
The rooms are on several levels but there are no lifts. The room we had was fine however, the bathroom was rather basic and In Need of refurbishment. The room was not serviced during our 3 night stay and only one towel per person was provided. We arrived late and were sent an email with instructions for collecting the key,however, because I had no internet connection I could not retrieve this. So I used the intercom to contact the night manager who said the information is all in the email then disconnected my call without offering any further help. Not impressed.
