Enough hot water in the bathroom and the heater was working out perfectly, the room was warm enough and I loved the view through my window.
The stuffs at the reception were not friendly enough. I know for a fact that "English " is quite a problem but they were not cooperative when I tried to ask them on somethings after my arrival.
