Excellent location in the center, close to many restaurants and bars/ very elegant, clean and comfortable room/ mini bar/ good A/C/ parking garage nearby/ value for money.
We did not receive instructions for check-in on time, although it was written that check-in is until 8:00 p.m. when we arrived at 7:15 p.m. there was no one in the building, nor did we receive instructions for online check-in, so we had a problem contacting the owner and getting instructions for check-in. This has never happened to us before and we consider it a big minus for the staff.

Perfect location on the via atenea. Gorgeous room , luxurious, quiet and perfect place as a base. The owner organised a taxi to the sites for us .
We were the only guests so breakfast was across the road in a local cafe. A little problematic , with a cool reception. Limited to a coffee and pastry which was enough but then we like to do coffee at 11 as well. Just stand your ground when they try and charge you, by the 3rd day they even offered us juice.

There was no manned reception area, but the hostess met us on our arrival to let us into our rooms. She also allowed us to keep our bags in the building until our late afternoon departure and gave us a key to get into the property to retrieve these. Unfortunately the attractive breakfast room was not operating for the single night of our visit, but there was an excellent cafe directly across the road. This brought us in touch withy the locals in a positive way
Nothing. We had two good rooms, a good night's sleep and secure storage for our baggage. If anything, our one room with a street balcony was a better room than the one with a sea view (which was rather distant)

Fantastic location in the historic centre making it easy to walk around the historic city. The main train station was a 10 minute walk away.
The room was a lovely size as was the bathroom. The room had air-conditioning.
The bed was comfortable with 100% cotton linen.
There was plenty of cupboard space a chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. The room also had a lovely small desk area and a small armchair to sit in. The room was well though out comfortable and spacious.
The room has Wi-Fi.
The bathroom was an excellent side with a porthole window for ventilation. The shower had great water pressure.
We met the host on arrival and were shown our room, after that the host did not interact with us at all. We believe on the first night we were the only guests in the property. None of the communal areas have air-conditioning and we were not encouraged to use either of the 2 sitting areas or dining area. The light are on timers. It was not a welcoming property or host at all.
There were cold drinks in the small bar fridge in our room but there was not information on if these were included or the price so we did not take any.
We were advised on our checkout to leave the city tax on the desk and the keys to the room as well. We have never had any interaction with the host apartment from the 10 minutes on arrival.
The only issue with the room is the small shower cubicle that has a plastic wrap around screen it was quite compact.
