The location is amazing, and the cabin is adorable. I wish I had stayed in and used the hot tub there rather than going to one of the lagoons!

Very easy to check in an out. Times felt appropriate and the place was beautiful and cozy. It was incredibly clean. We loved staying here and if we are in the area, we would definitely consider booking again. The host anticipated our needs and provided plentiful amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it felt very private!

This location is gorgeous! Looking over the water and having the mountains in the back was perfect! And not too far from town

The interior stairs were steep

The view was probably great but I didn't get to see it because each of the 2 nights I stayed there I arrived and left at dark. Having a hot tub was nice but I only used it one night because the owner didn't respond back to me when I messaged him at 7.30 pm on arrival and one of my questions was specifically about the hot tub. The next day I was told that the water is geothermal. The rooms were fairly new and the cottage was very cozy and toasty. It was very nice of the owner to put the two beds together even though I was traveling solo I liked the bigger bed.

The windows were too small to see the water from the inside. Unless you stand up you can't see the water. The bedroom window is not facing the water and is also impossible to see the water. The hot tub is half full so if you stay in it you can't see the water either unless you sit up but then you'll be cold. The bathroom was way too small. The shower and sink are way too small for comfort. A few extra towels would have been nice given that there is a hot tub and people may need to use more than one towel a day. The owner didn't respond back to me same day even thought their instructions says they respond from 8 to 8. The cottage was up on hill that has no path to get to so when I get there the ground was covered in snow and I had to drag my luggage on the snow and grass under it up the hill, I wasn't very happy about that. Also the cottages are down a steep hill from the main road and the access road was barely plowed and icy which made me really nervous driving on it with the rental car that was terrible on snow. The heat in the cottage was extremely high and I couldn't figure out how to turn it down even though I set it on zero it was still blasting high. It was mid January and super cold outside but I was sweating right after I took a shower. I didn't quite care for all the instructions there were in the cottage for the renter to follow which amongst other items included instructions for the renter to remove all the bed sheets upon departure. I found that to be a little insulting. One of my questions to the owner was if the hot tub was cleaned between guests and I was told that it was however when I got in the tub the seats were covered in tiny pebbles which is impossible to have when the ground was covered in snow so no wind could have made the water dirty because the dirt is nowhere to be seen. So I'm thinking the owner embellished on that by a little.
