It was worth the stay. Good place

Friendly staff. There’s a restaurant on premises with very good tasty food, and the hotel location happens to be close to the places I needed to go too. I will stay here again whenever I need too.

The road from the airport to the hotel, but bad untarred roads are very common in Ghana, and you will just have to get use to it. But the road from the hotel to town was much better.

It´s worth trying this Hotel to confirm for oneself

The Staff without exception was excellent when it comes to custumer Service. My room was changed when I asked for it . I had my shirts ironed. My flight was late evening and I didn`t have any problem in checking out later than the usual 12 noon

The road in front of the hotel is a rough road but I asked at the reception and I had an alternative which was not as bad the known one but relatively a bit longer

Overall the hotel has potential but our stay was not the best. Would not stay again.

The road there wasn’t as bad as some of the comments suggest. Seen much worse in Ghana. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were friendly.

Their exchange rate was outrageous and not based on the current rate. Ended up having to pay extra for the stay because of this (don’t trust the rate they give you when booking if paying with GHC). We were two yet everything in the room was for 1 so ended up having to share a towel. Pool area was crowded with local people in the afternoon/evening so if you want to swim, consider waking up early for a morning swim. Included breakfast was very basic (one tiny sandwich and milo) not sufficient at all. Very from the airport, with Accra traffic it can be up to 1.5h to reach.

Moderate but would have been great/grand if the full staff cared about their jobs

There was a few hard-working staff there but the majority were rarely engaged in their work

Service definitely, as well as access to the facility. The roads are so bad I had to walk almost everytime I returned to the hotel

Nice place once you get there. Getting there is the tricky part

The room was nice, it had a king bed. AC, TV and a bathroom with shower. Even though we arrived around midnight, someone got called to do the check in. Overall a nice place

The offered Airport Shuttle is not really there, so it was up to us to get there with a Bolt. The roads were seriously bad, at some point the car had to make a detour to reach the place because the car couldn't go through the road, and a couple of times I thought I would have to get down and help the driver get unstuck. Maybe call the place and ask what the good road is.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Room nice and clean. If you like local food, it’s available in the area. Small local shops nearby if you’re familiar with African shop styles.

The roads are awful and might get confusing if one try to make a detour to avoid the bumpy roads. Suggest call hotel for better directions. Many taxis don’t like driving on bad roads Suggest to Keep a taxi number on standby to call for a ride.

The Bed was comfortable. The Bathroom was in good condition. The Room was spacious.

The Remote for the AC was not working. The Bathroom Heater was not working. The light for my Bathroom was not working.

In all I enjoyed my stay but will expect more next time

I was okay with the facilities and the room service, they were friendly.

The use of the television it was channel at one place and also the WiFi connection was slow.

I enjoyed the hotel stay immensely, but the roads and securing affordable transportation were bad.

The complementary breakfast was very good!! The hotel staff was superb!!

The roads hotel guests have to travel to get to the hotel were horrible especially when it rained. Also, securing affordable transportation with drivers who knew how to find the hotel was almost impossible on some occasions (mainly taxi services)..
