Excellent location, great seaview rooms.
Washroom was clean, but still had quite a bit of sand on the floor

The location and the landscape. The staff was very good and the rooms were neat and clean.
Lack of parking space. Have to park the vehicle far from the hotel premises with 200 rs / day.

Excellent beach front property right on the edge of the beach. AC was working fine. Nice restaurant as well. Go for it, its a good deal.

Proximity to the beach
Too many closely clustered huts and accommodations, no parking on site, in room facilities were basic, the bed was not comfortable, the food at the restaurant over priced coz the quality and taste wasn’t matching the price
