The gardens and setting were lovely. The pool was very nice and the staff amazing
Breakfast was not too good. The toast was soggy and the omelettes very solid

Puri Bali is an old style hotel in Lovina. These older hotels have a certain old world charm that is hard to beat. Characterized by beautifully laid out gardens and paths, very spacious rooms and generous balconies. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee are purchased in the dining room at reception or brought up to the room by a staff member. Everything seems to be very efficient and well run. The menu is extensive and swiftly executed. A nice personal touch is the manager enquiring about your comfort etc in the dining room. This is a hotel that knows what it is doing and very good value
Having to order tea and coffee. Only sheets on the bed. Staff maybe would provide extra if you ask. Not sure about that as I was only there 4 one night

The grounds are beautiful - very peaceful and well maintained. We had the new rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I booked because my regular hotel was booked out.
Location was great, and the pool area looked very inviting, but I don't use hotel pools.
Breakfast was basic, but OK, bottomless juice and coffee and a limited choice of meals.
Good value for the price.
No tea/coffee making facilities, but I think that was my mistake in not noting it on the booking.com site.
It wasn't my usual standard, indicated by the price, but adequate for a night.
