Rosy is extremely helpful and also caring, always ready to assist. She also assisted with the taxi service to pick us up from Pozallo. Also, for a gluten-free breakfast, she always provided the food. She really works wonders. I had booked another room, which was on the higher level, and seeing that my dad had mobility issues, Rosy managed to change my room, making it suitable for him. Really appreciate it. Well done. I also want to thank Francesco for helping me with other contacts.
Well, I would suggest having the kettle be less noisy. Do not advertise that there is a Jacuzzi when it is not working. On one occasion, the lift stopped working, and my father, who cannot use the stairs, got stranded outside the lift on the ground floor. Rosy came in the middle of the night without hesitation and tried to fix the elevator; she called several technicians who didn't come, but after trying again, Rosy managed to solve the situation. She is an extraordinary person.

La struttura è bellissima, molto curata. La camera altrettanto bella e particolare. Posizione fantastica, a due passi dal duomo. La signora Rosy molto gentile e cordiale.
