The room was amazing, very romantic and cosy. The bed was very comfortable with mosquito net surrounding it what made it even more beautiful. The view to swimimg pool with direct entry from your balcony was a bonus. Staff was very friendly when approached. Breakfast need more variety but what they had was okay. Very close of center 6 min if u have a bike or you can call bolt very easy and cheap. Laudry just at the end of the street with free wifi that u can wash and dry your clothes in 1h time.

All the staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff would look and smile, say hello. The room had a nice bath if that's your thing. The hotel is pleasant in the communal areas.
The room location was like being in a basement. You had to go downstairs to get to it. So my view was of a wall. The wall was part of a water feature, so you do get some running water sound in the morning, which I quite liked. However, I felt boxed in as there was no natural light. You'd have to turn the bright white lights on from the moment you wake up, which isn't nice. Not all rooms are like this, there's a corridor of rooms on this floor.
The wifi wasn't good at all. I had a meeting in my room and it was embarrassing as the internet kept dropping. I would go to the lobby to use the lobby wifi, which was a bit better/more consistent. The wifi would also frequently log you out, which was a pain to keep logging in.
The breakfast wasn't good. The photos are misleading, there are definitely no pancakes. There isn't even a buffet. Those photos should be taken down as it's false advertising. You get given a form each morning and you tick what you want (American or Asian style sections) - American style you can have salad, sausages (like frankfurters), ham, eggs, fruit. You could have as much coffee as you want, you make it yourself using instant coffee sachets. They also have a tray of bread that you can toast. Once you have selected your choices, they bring it out to you. The fruit was always great. I wasn't big on the other food I've listed, so I decided to have toast, an omelette, and fruit. But the omelette is plain, no onion or pepper etc. I paid quite a bit extra for breakfast to be included and was excited for it, but this was super disappointing. I paid a lot for some eggs, fruit and toast. You could get far more exciting breakfasts using Grab at a low cost.
Finally, you're super close to the airport, and naturally, you're under a flightpath. Therefore, you will hear extremely loud planes flying over. It's not all through the night, just the occasional one. This didn't bother me too much
