Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned and made up daily. The room was very well insulated so didn’t need any heating. Location was good for pickups by tour buses and airport vans. Excellent value for money given breakfast was included too
Location is about 20 minutes walk from central plaza area.

The place was quite comfortable and affordable for what you get in Cusco! It was nice and little walk to centro! The staff were amazing and helpful. Packed breakfast for our early trip.
Our room was interior and had some smell but it was ok after we kept the windows open!

Very close to city center,train station,shopping malls/markets, laundry services and tour companies .very kind staff and they are very helpful.clean . Food is ok . We want to thank and appreciate young lady who was in the reception as she helped us a lot during our stay

Some of the staff were very helpful. I was able to store my luggage while I did the Inca trail. Breakfast was OK too.
Getting into the hotel building wasn’t clear, and the location isn’t great. While some of the staff were helpful and friendly, this was not consistent as others were not helpful.
The hotel is also run down and in need of repair. For example, in the bathroom, the toilet roll holder was broken and attached to the wall with cello tape. The bed sheets were also grey with age and had large tears and holes.
This hotel is about half as expensive as other hotels in the historical district and it shows. Even for a budget hotel though, the expectation is that the rooms are functional and not in need of repair.
I wouldn’t stay here again
