Every was amazing
Tried to call on day of departure as stupidly left passports in apartment , no one answered , luckily got back in ( hadn’t closed door thankfully) still haven’t had a reply or call back, 15 hours later.
And a few of the appliances didn’t work.

No breakfast was included in the accommodation. Location is perfect. Quiet street and yet near the attractions— Prague castle complex and Charles bridge. Overall excellent!
My husband tried using the coffee machine but it was not working. Either that or my husband just didn’t figure it out how to use it 😝. No other negative comment. We had a fabulous time and the apartment was just perfect for our 4-day trip.

The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. Its size is perfect for a stay of up to three guests.
A big advantage is the private parking area, which is secure. The parking fee is also reasonably priced, and makes a valuable addition to the accommodation.
There are two issues that should be addressed.
Firstly, the listing states that the apartment is air-conditioned, which is not the case. There is only a portable fan in the room, and this should not be described as air conditioning. I would recommend updating the listing to avoid misleading future guests. Air conditioning is often an important criterion when choosing accommodation, and it was disappointing to find that it was not available. This is unfortunate, as the apartment itself is otherwise pleasant and well maintained.
Secondly, the dining table is too large for the available seating. The apartment is advertised for up to three guests, yet there are not enough chairs at the table for three people. Adding an additional chair would make the dining area much more practical.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with these small improvements, the guest experience would be even better.
