Perfect location & lovely interior. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. The bed was insanely comfortable. Aircon was provided, which really helped during the hot summer days.
No lift (known beforehand), but don't underestimate Budapest staircases if you have heavy luggage.

This is a very unique quirky hostel right in the centre of Budapest opposite the Hungarian National Museum. The rooms are decorated by the artist owner and the kitchen / lounge area is simply fascinating. If you want to stay in a cool, very reasonably priced place in a central location and you don't mind the stairs to walk up to the 4th floor in an old characteristic building, then this is the hostel for you.
