Guests were well cared for by all the staff of the lodge. Safari game drives were amazing and we managed to see a lot of different animals, including the big 5, in various scenarios and circumstances. Special shout-out to Nico and Ringo for the game drives, and also to Give and Thabo for the bush walking experience. Thanks Charles for being the one serving us during meals, and big thanks to the housekeeping team too!
Nothing, I just wished I had more time to enjoy the facilities of the lodge as the two game drives per day were pretty tiring. But that being said, the game drives were also the whole point of the stay

Everything! The staff (Austin, Praise, Jordan and Ria) were so incredibly kind and did everything in their power to ensure we had the best trip. From remembering our names, to ensuring we always had a drink in hand, to a special African dance for my birthday and gifting my husband a bracelet. I highly suggest booking the Tamboti Suites, they’re so special and the height of luxury in the bush. I will be recommending this place to everyone who intends to travel to South Africa.

The closeness from the Eastgate to and from the airport plus pick up/drop off by staff.
The same guides and restaurant staff that got to know you.
The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. Amazing animals and birds both on safari and at Lodge.
That the swimming pools weren’t heated. It would be an added benefit as it’s a shame not to use them. Sitting around them isn’t the same as being in it. The gym was small at times with many people wanting to use the equipment. A stepper or foot walking machine would be an added bonus.

Stunning lodge! Food was amazing!
I found the staff to be unfriendly, and for the price paid, I think there are many other places that would be better.
