Property and lodge far exceeded our expectations, The staff were friendly and helpful , and lodge is really outstanding in decor and comfort , the food was excellent and we were not expecting such a marvelous establishment

Good game drive : buffalo, giraf, zebra, warthog, sable antilopes….with stop at viewing deck
Dinner , lunch & breakfast were delicious , kitchen staff great
Good & relaxing massage at the spa

Very beautiful place gardens are well maintained. The food was really tasty from the menu.
Issues with check-in.
Almost felt like intruders. Had to double pay for the room. The original booking was breakfast included then they removed they changed the rates and made us pay for breakfast. After we sorted out the payments the restaurant/ bar was closed before 3pm. Had to lay at the pool no drinks had to wait till 6pm for dinner to start.
We were the only people at the resort so they didn’t make fire at the boma to social, was explained only when they have more people. Nor did not they offer any game drive limited us only to the camp / room and pool with no drinks. On the website they offered wine and gin tasting, that was also not available on the day.
We didn’t get the full experience but don’t think I will go back any time soon.
