Simple mais efficace, propre avec le nécessaire. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité de réserver le transfert jusqu’au 4000 îles.
Petits déjeuner sans possibilité de choisir (avec jus d’orange en brique trop sucré et café au lait en sachet trop sucré ) mais ça fait le job.

The shower was cold, but since I saw a lot of Laos people having to wash themselves in the rivers and the Mekong, I really can't complain too much

its location
although the owner speaks the best English I've come across in my 6 days in Laos, he is not very communicative and could have given me more information on my transfer back to Cambodia, which led to a lot of confusion as I didn't know where and what/how long i was expected to wait for whom, etc.... and those that helped me were villagers that spoke Lao and sign language to me. Also the company i book through this guesthouse called Green something (the main one in Don Det) had the same attitude, led to a big confusion where i thought i had to pay the border crossing to get to Don Det (which i did, but didn't need to) and which caused more complications the next day when I had to really cross the border to Cambodia... Anyway Ton, his name, should not be in the business because he doesn't like people, and doesn't want to communicate much with them. And, i am normally a friendly person!
Also I stayed two nights, and they didn't think i needed any cleaning in my room!! when i complained he said, he didn't think i needed to get my room cleaned for just the first night....
Another grievance, i asked him to book me a knowledgeable tour guide who knows something about the history of Vat Phu, and i paid 55 USD for a very nice lady but her knowledge is limited, and i even thought her a few things. Very disappointing
