Situated in Ruidoso, this attractive house for $218 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This Cedar Creek cabin, named “Lost In Lincoln”, is secluded and at the end of the road. It is the perfect get-away. The master suite loft (upstairs) has a king bed and its own private deck overlooking the forest below. The deck on the main floor wraps around two sides of the house. The third deck is under a canopy of trees and is large enough for a picnic lunch. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor. The "Bear" room has a queen bed and television. The "Moose" room has a queen bed with an additional bunk bed. The living room is open to the kitchen and includes a 60 inch television over the fireplace. The dining table (accommodating 6-8) sits below an antler chandelier. Bath rooms are large and have a single sink with tub/shower.

Fabulous time all around! Location to town and activities were perfect. House was exactly as listing represented. Really enjoyed walking the trails at the neighborhood entrance!

The cabin was great! We could see for miles. We were lucky to catch some early snowfall each morning. The cabin was cozy, felt like a true lodge in many ways. Was easy to access and get around. It was nice to have two bedrooms on the bottom floor with the open loft upstairs. Good for 2 families if you needed to spread out. We are actually looking at buying cabins in the area and would model them after some attributes of this one!

We went to Ruidoso to celebrate a friend's birthday. The cabin was in the perfect location next to everything. The views were splendid and we even had a little deer come to visit us a couple of times. The cabin was in perfect condition, the air conditioners worked beautifully and everything was pristine. Can't wait to go back.

This mountain home was great for our needs and wants--2 bedrooms on the main floor and just one step at the entrance for those of us with mobility issues, all the amenities we wanted, a beautiful location, and managers who were quick to help us when there was an issue with the air conditioner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My husband and I LOVED this large Cedar Creek house! It had spectacular forest and mountain views from every sliding glass door and window as well as upstairs and downstairs porches. It was spacious and updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, yet it still had a cozy, log cabin feel. It was super clean, and the amenities were top of the line. There were an abundance of sofas and recliners, pillows and throws. All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. This was our first visit to Ruidoso, and we didn't realize how close together most of the cabins are. But not this one! We loved the secluded feeling of this house, set apart on the mountain with plenty of pine trees to give us the privacy we enjoy on vacations. We can't wait to go back!!

Keith and Sharmon are good people to work with. Very accommodating when we had to cancel a prior booking due to illness. We booked with them again and are so glad we did. The cabin is in an exclusive neighborhood that is extremely quiet and private. The cabin was perfect for the two of us, as we had plenty of room to spread out. Just know that the master bedroom is a loft which is open above the great room. We enjoyed, our dinners on the west facing deck. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking our meals and everything else we wanted to do. The cabin is extremely close to the Cedar Creek trails and the ranger station. Albertson’s is also nearby. It is easy to get to Alto and Ski Apache . Also just a short drive into Ruidoso town center, Grindstone Lake, etc. Lots of wildlife and so very quiet.

We stayed over spring break and the views from the back porch are amazing. Convenient and short drive to downtown Ruidoso. And an Albertsons very close! Check out the fried hatch chile strips from Anaheim Jacks nearby. Will definitely stay again.

One of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. Cabin was beautiful, comfy, clean & had an amazing view of the mountain. We booked last minute because our original trip to Taos was cancelled the day before our reservation due to the winter storm. Host Sharmon was so sweet and kept us updated on Ruidoso weather conditions as we we were driving from Texas. We were ecstatic to make it up to the cabin with no issues and we had absolutely amazing time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Absolutely no complaints!!

We had a great time during our stay. The cabin gives you such a cozy and warm feeling, you feel like staying in wrapped in a blanket and watch movies. Our family had a wonderful time in Ruidoso. This cabin is beautiful and high up the mountain with lots of privacy. Our kids had a fun time running around out back. The bedrooms are spacious, the restrooms are spacious. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin with me and my family.

Let me just start with the large windows that framed the picturesque mountains all around us. My family and I decided to take a last minute trip to Ruidoso (2 days prior) and had the privlage of renting the Owens Family MAJESTIC Cedar Creek cabin. This majestic cabin really made our 4 yr old daughters first time GLAMPING one that she will most likely remember forever (she has eidetic memory). We will most definietly be back. Oh, and I can't leave out how accommodating the owners were. At first, I thought we were going to possibibly get out of town a night erarlier than expected and so I contacted the Owens via email and within the hour I had a response, YES. We didn't end up checking in the night prior, but the fact that they were willing to help and accommodate us was PRICELESS. MANY THANKS, MR. AND MRS. OWENS We will most definetly be back. =)

This was our third stay at this cabin and it gets better and better each time. Everything was so green and the views from the balcony of the Forrest and Sierra Blanca were just breathtaking. This property is extremely quiet but still convenient to town and stores. The owners a very flexible and great to work with. My Mom is handicapped but gets around well at this cabin. We will be back!
