Estuvo bien. Pero la falta de señal de internet y el sofa roto, demeritó nuestra estancia.

La ubicación, la cabaña y el personal muy bien.

La cabaña en cuanto a sus servicios tiene muchas deficiencias. Hay tomacorrientes que no funcionan; el internet no funciona, y el en el sofá fue imposible de dormir. Traia el colchon totalmente vencido y si bien tuvieron la voluntad de solucionarlo poniendo un colchon expandible, este funcionó a medias.

Beautiful weekend in Ruidoso

Super friendly staff who upgraded us to a wonderful 2-bed, 2-bath with a large living room, full kitchen, even a washer and drier, and also with a bonus fenced back yard that my 3-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved. The accommodations were beautiful and quite comfortable. We will definitely book with the Village Lodge for any future trips to Ruidoso!

Decent stay.

The bed was comfortable. Good location. Staff was friendly.

The room was warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature because a note on the thermostat said it would freeze up the unit if we did. There were gnats in the bathroom drain and sink. The room was not cleaned well. We found trash when we unfolded the sofa bed and I found a Walmart receipt from May 2023 beside the sofa.

Not a horrible place to stay, just wished it was a little cleaner.

The location was great,

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom toilet was not clean, it had a black mold ring in the bowl. The stove knobs were dirty. Air conditioning went out on our second night so the room was hot until about 11pm when we placed the box fans in the windows to pull cooler air from outside.

Never saw any staff. Website stated check in no later than 10pm so we rushed to get there on time to find no one there and the key in the mail box. Website/confirmation should state that

Pleasant

The location is excellent! The staff was great

Our stove did not work. It only turned on on one of the burners. And it took over 20 minutes to heat up. There was mice poop on the sofa bed.

I loved the location and the weather. Ruidoso was a great experience

The pullout bed from the couch was dirty. Chip crumbs and a stain on the sheets. We left to go skiing on Saturday and when we came back, there was a horrible gas smell through the condo. With todays culture, smart tvs are a must.

I guess people also live here. Neighbors were loud with their music and just loud in general. Kids running up and down the outside stairs.

The condo was very quiet. The receptionist was very helpful and made sure that our needs were met.

We were given a 2nd room because the 1st rooms heater wasn't working. Recliner was broken. It was placed in front of sofa so you couldn't watch tv from that side of sofa. Also, we had to ask for pots and pans because the 2nd room that we were given didn't have any.

Overall a very good price and cozy stay.

Was Cozy and convenient location.

The pull out sofa was uncomfortable so had to ask for additional comforters to not feel the coils on the mattress. The staff was helpful locating additional comforters.

Great location! Friendly staff. They were very accommodating letting us check in earlier than usual.

The light switches and oven knobs had black finger prints all over them that were easily wiped off. The remote for the living room TV was missing. And the ice bucket was all covered in soot and was partially melted. They had a sign in the room that said washing dishes was not part of the cleaning service and that people would be charged extra if the dishes were not cleaned however in our experience it looked like they might not have even checked if the dishes were cleaned,only that they were put away.

It will do in a pinch

Location, very nice grounds the property was on.

Out dated, the dishes were dirty i guess just put away dirty. Shower had very little water pressure.

The rooms were fantastic and the views outside our windows were beautiful watching the pine trees.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and we had a microwave and small refrigerator which were very helpful. Thank You!😁
