Everything great. Fabulous shower and the bed was huge and comfortable. Little enclosed garden also a bonus for the dog.its the perfect place to stay for a trip to wonderful Mersea.

I would be inclined to tackle the carpet stain by the door.

The breakfast was good location ideal for walking dogs with your own private entrance

Could have been more info on the island with places to visit and boat trips etc in the room

The room was tucked away at the back of the property, with an outside area to sit, eat, drink. Fantastic rain shower!

The chef left at 6.30 on our last night, allegedly feeling unwell, just before we were about to order.

We had not been to the area before so it was good to visit.The decor in the room was plesant and complimentary.

We thought the room was not as clean as it should have been plenty of cobwebs and stained carpet. Also quite expensive without breakfast.
