The location if perfect - walking distance from Haeundae beach, Blue line park and multiple nice cafes and restaurants. The room was really big and there was plenty of tables etc. to put our stuff on. The view was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and also had plenty of space to leave our stuff in it. I also liked that there were multiple places in the room where you could sit. Overall the room was clean, had everything we needed and the furniture wasn't run down - we enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Busan in the future.
The fan in the bathroom was really loud.

Location was great and the coffee place next door is really great (their black sesame latte is the best we’ve had). Beds were comfortable enough.
Staff was neutral at best, didn’t try the help us out of their way even when we had questions. I was awoken by the smell of trash at 6 in the morning, from outside the rooms. The blinds in the rooms are not opaque so light comes through the giant windows in the morning (which, to be fair, during the day are great). Cleaning service came one during our 4 nights stay.

Room was more spacious than expected. Provided with daily new towels and free water bottles based on number of guests (hung on door handle early in morning in a bag). Water pressure was great, never ran out of hot water, clean room/facility, bathroom was clean and had no cracks or old problematic appliances. Thoughtful and useful amenities provided (mosquito repellent - thankfully our room did not have any mosquitoes so it wasn't needed, but was reassuring to have). Good location.
The beds were old and sunken in. For a short stay, it may not be a big deal, but I don't suggest this place for longer than 3 says/nights. The hotel has and uses natural hot spring water throughout the entire hotel. Wish there was an option to use that water or not (especially for the sink - I did not enjoy brushing my teeth and rinsing in salty water). Also, our floor (10th) had an unfortunate sulphur smell which may have been due to the hotel's use of the natural hot spring waters. One day, our floor smelled strongly of chlorine (something must have happened in one of the rooms when someone checked out - the door was left open most likely to air out after a deep cleaning with chorox) and gave me a severe headache.
Only had one coin laundry machine (washer & dryer) - I ran into someone who wanted to use the machine the same time I did and was rushed. Also it would be nice if there was a cash exchange machine for the coin laundry appliances (it was limited to certain bill/coins only, and I had to have the exact change in a specific bill to be able to use the machines each time).
