I booked this stay for my mother on the same day she arrived in Istanbul after she checked out of another 3* hotel she was unhappy with, and she ended up having a great experience here. The room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend it!

Location and Staff, Staff was really helpful ,on the last day they even called us a taxi to go to the airport.
Breakfast is not as the pictures, quality of it is really low as well, unfortunately we never had our breakfast there as it was quite bad.
