The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood in Hikkaduwa, away from the hustle and bustle of town.
Each room is its own private little cottage, surrounded by lush greenery, making it very peaceful with virtually no noise. The room was well-equipped with a large wardrobe, comfortable couch, small kitchen with a refrigerator, European-style power sockets, hair dryer, and a spacious washroom.
The private terrace had a table and two chairs, perfect for working, having a coffee, or enjoying the view of the little pond right in front. The property also has a swimming pool, spa, small bar, and restaurant. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing place to stay.
One small thing to note is that the terrace can feel a little humid and moist, which is understandable given how close the property is to the beach, just basic coastal geography and nothing the villa can really control. Also, if you need anything during your stay, it’s best to let the staff know before the afternoon so they have plenty of time to help without being disturbed later in the day.

Nice location within walking distance of the beach and shopping
The pool was nice and kept clean.
It was very dated and the units and grounds need a good overhall.
No tv in either of the rooms worke we tried. We ended up having to get an individual router to get WIFI which i needed for work.
The only redeeming thing were the staff who were very pleasant but swimming up hill with trying to achieve customer satisfaction. So many broken/tired fascets down to the shower trays being cracked in both rooms,shower head falling off the wall,odd blue tape on the windows and doors making the rooms very dingy. Terribly cracked and uneven paths on the walkways making it dangerous. And the whole thing surrounded by a dirty swamp like pond and stream. I could go on but you get what I mean. You get the picture. Another couple complained so much they were given a room at their sister hotel the Eden Blue as they were equally dissatisfied.
