Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. The room although a little small was clean and comfortable. Cleaners came in every day and cleaned the room, made my bed and freshened up towels. Location was not close to anything in walking distance but having a carpark was great as I could drive out to get an evening meal in Purley. Staff were really friendly, especially the women on reception, she was so helpful.
It would have been nice to have somewhere to hang my clothes rather than on hooks on doors.

The hotel is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive. Their customer service is outstanding, and they consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to their responsibilities and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

The presentation of reception area
The mattress was hard .
Pillows were hard .
The advertised coffee machine was a kettle.
The bin and toilet brush was rusty.
And the Aircon didn't work.
The view was air vents .
The breakfast menu was poor . because we had tinned hotdogs.
No scrambled eggs
Or fried eggs .
The apple juice was purple.
There was a wide variety of choice
And the dinner menu consist of pizza or curry.or fish and chips no extras.
It was advertised quite time 10 pm -7pm .
There was still shouting and people messaging about in the hallways at 11pm
Bed light flashed so couldn't use
