Lovely relaxing atmosphere, great staff, excellent food.
Room was a bit of a hike and a little small but didn't worry us as everything else was so good.

Stayed in a Garden suite which has two bedrooms two bathrooms lounge and a small kitchen, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Surprised that the rooms were not made up over a four night stay, bins not emptied and toiletries and tea bags not replaced, if these things had been done I would say it was outstanding rather than good.
Breakfast was good as were the meals in the evening. Would certainly stay again.
Room not being made up and toiletries not replaced and only four tea bags though more were fixed when requested.

Lovely clean hotel. Great staff Jane was brilliant. The girls cleaning the room was superb. Friendly and very quick and thorough
Jane was the first person we met going to the hotel. She was friendly and really helped us out

A nice quiet location with the bus stop out side
It’s very dated and should be refurbished.. doors , decor, bathroom etc looks very 80s / 90s. needs upgrading .. AA give it 4 stars which surprised me..
