We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom water heater worked perfectly, making our stay even more pleasant.
We are very satisfied with our experience. Before we arrived, Dr. Azizi was extremely helpful and responsible. I contacted him before reaching the hotel, and he promptly shared the location, parking instructions, key collection details, and the contact number of the person in charge.
During our stay, I accidentally didn't insert the access card properly into the card holder, causing the electricity to go off. I thought it was a power outage, so I immediately texted Dr. Azizi. He responded very quickly and even called me to check on the situation. We then realized the access card wasn't inserted correctly. Once it was placed properly, the electricity returned immediately.
A special thanks also to Meitu, the person in charge. I requested an extra blanket because the room felt cold, and within 30 minutes he had already arranged and delivered it without me having to follow up.
Thank you, Dr. Azizi and the entire team, for your excellent hospitality and outstanding service. Your professionalism, prompt responses, and attention to guests' needs made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
