Staff in the reception and coffee shop are excellent
Drainage in bathroom, dusty in some areas in the room especially frames, beverage in the bar tasted stale, maybe the first beer served…

Location was great with many attractions nearby
Room was super tiny, noises from renovations and construction were bothering us till late, rooms smelled weird, breakfast was far and when we paid for it but switched rooms because of the smell they couldn't locate our payment quickly and made us wait, extended checkout time yet card wouldn't work even after having told the reception (which made us come down twice), no concierge so we had to take our luggage by ourselves
