Koskikievari on Lappajärven ydinkeskustassa yhden sisäänajotien liittymässä. Sijainti on keskeinen ja huoneiston hinta-laatu suhde on omaa luokkaansa.

S-Marketin lastauslaituri on rakennukseen päin ja sieltä saattaa kantautua melua yöllä. Me todistimme yhden rekan kylmälaitteiden rallatusta keskiyöstä aamun pikkutunneille, toki vain hereillä ollessa (näkyi ja kuului "tupaan", mutta ei juuri makuuhuoneeseen). Osa tyynyistä oli niin kovia, että niitä ei voiut käyttää nukkumiseen. Onneksi tyynyjä pysti vaihtelemaan, eli niitä oli "riittävästi"

Baarin meteli tuli yllätyksenä klo 1 yöllä, koska aukioloaikojen mukaan meni kiinni klo 18. Ymmärrän yrittäjää, jos on asiakkaita pidetään auki.
