Very clean and comfortable, lots of space. Good parking area (albeit a bit steep road to approach!). Lovely location in Argegno. Also very easy instructions from hostess for check in and out, and a good info sheet inside to help explore Lake Como.

Stunning location and view. The village is very charming. We had the best time. Kitchen has everything you need. The parking is not for the faint of heart. Dont attempt with a big car or van. We are already thinking of coming back.
Unfortunately there is still a construction in front of the view. But after the 3rd day you don’t notice this anymore. The work didn’t disturb to much as the flat has good insulation. They should be done soon.

Argegno is s great location and base for exploring the Como area .
Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom
Lacking of air conditioning, only blowing fans that doesn’t lower the temperature, only circulating the stagnant air. No mosquito nets on windows.
Parking is challenging for a less confident driver especially if in a larger vehicle.
Parking seems to be promised to all guests but due to no lines marked out occupied by two cars that could be three.

L’emplacement de la ville d’Argegno est bien situé pour visiter les villes principales (Lenno, Tremezzo, Menegazzo)
La vue présente sur la photo n’est pas celle dont on a bénéficié avec l’appartement, car celle-ci est accessible que par la terrasse d’un autre appartement. C’est dommage de mettre en avant cette vue que l’on espère avoir en arrivant.
