The main advantages of this place, in my opinion, are the outstanding value for money, the great location, and the genuinely kind and helpful staff.
We had a large, spacious, fully equipped, and comfortable apartment. It did not have much of a traditional hotel feel, if that is what you are looking for, but it had everything our family needed: a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV that you could cast to, and a lovely balcony. The free parking provided by the hotel was also very convenient.
The pool and spa were another highlight. Both were clean, well maintained, and enjoyable to use.
The location is excellent, right in the centre of Broadbeach, close to plenty of restaurants and a large shopping centre, and less than a 10-minute walk to a lovely beach.
We really could not fault the place and would happily stay here again.
This is a fairly basic, no-fuss kind of place, so it is worth setting expectations accordingly. The apartment is comfortable and generally has everything you need, but it is not fancy or particularly modern, and ours felt quite well used. There are also no great views, at least from our apartment and floor, and the property is not directly on the beachfront.
Having said that, given the very competitive price compared with other options in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, I think these are reasonable compromises. If you are looking for a comfortable, self-contained apartment in a central location and are travelling on a tighter budget, this place offers very good value.

Location! Easy to get to, walking distance to public transport, beach, restaurants ect.
The room and view was exceptional.
Fantastic facilities.
Great to have parking at the facility - a rare find.
Clean and safe. Loved the security measures.

The room itself was a good size. Good location and was clean and comfortable.
We were on the 2nd floor with no sun in the afternoon at all and right above the pool/spa pool so a little noisy after a busy day. The bathroom had no extractor fan.
