Great location. Friendly staff
Basic cleanliness was fine. Finer cleaning was not done before our arrival. Coffee table stand and TV stand were very dusty. The oven was very dirty and as it happened didn't work.

Excellent location close to shops, supermarket, eateries, the beach and tram! Don’t need a car, within walking distance to all Broadbeach has to offer.
The staff were very pleasant, we got an unexpected upgrade to a city view and extra carpark for our family. The apartment was very well appointed, with comfortable beds ,two balconies, lovely layout and fastidiously clean. The outdoor pool, spa, and tennis court were well maintained and was a lovely addition to an already outstanding apartment block! Excellent value for money in a fabulous location!
Will definitely be staying here again!
