Location was excellent close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
2 suitcase racks in room
Able to check in in the morning
No start up accessories in room eg. No Tea, coffee, milk, soap, shampoo, tissues.
Poor cutlery supply, no wine glasses, stained pots.
No security safe.
Staff disinterested, however obliging when requested items. One staff had shirt off on arrival and seemed to have no idea of what he was meant to be doing.
No orientation or suggested things to see or do.
This hotel has the potential to be great value for money by just implementing basic accommodation and hospitality standards.
