The views were fantastic, and the staff provided excellent service. Even though we arrived unexpectedly at 4 AM, we were able to check in early for a reasonable additional fee. Also, the restaurant here is delicious. Be sure to try the grilled catfish (locally known as jalkapoor).

Views of mountain from the hotel were breathtaking though there were clouds due to monsoon times. Staff were helpful and very nice. Our room was upgraded and had a small balcony which added to our joy of stay. Wonderful breakfast and room service fine.
Not much activities at hotel and no nearby shopping options. City shuttles available at fixed times which seemed lesser in frequency. Also hotel car pick-up at airport delayed due to communications issue. Mountain facing rooms are in separate building as compared to forest facing rooms. So families who want to stay close-by need to book similar facing rooms.

location was fabulous high up for the views, unfortunately we didn’t quite get them due to the clouds. Food was great and the staff were brilliant, definitely recommend
