Location is little distant from Dougo onsen, but close to Matsuyama castle and some souvenir shop.
Also close to the tram and bus stop, easy access to the airport.
Bathroom is separate from the toilet, didn’t have a chair/washbasin but you could ask them at front and bath salt as well.
There was a plastic lap with microwave, that was very thoughtful.
Stayed corner twin, sure it was the corner but if you want enjoy the view, pay some extra for higher grade rooms. Also the rayout in the room was different from the photo, no couch.
Partition between bath and toilet was transparent.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. From the check in process till when we left. We stayed in the junior suite which was nice and roomy.The location was great it was very close to the shopping center and walking distance to the matsuyama lift entrance. As well to dogo onsen the cable car pick up was nearby very close. We would definitely stay here again.
The carpet has couple stain marks but you could smell they cleaned the room prior but the carpet stain were just from a long time ago. Look like somebody spilled a drink or something but it didn’t bother us because we can tell they really cleaned the room prior.
