Front office staff
Female staff (not local) at restaurant need to go for training. She is quute rude when the restaurant gets busy during breakfasr. Toilet amenities very basic.

Location was great, close to everything required and good connections to public transport.
The room we stayed in 501, had a mould issue. Bathroom door seals, walls, ceiling and main window were all covered in mould which is a pretty significant health hazard for some. Thankfully I don’t have any issues with my breathing, but I’d recommend the hotel get this matter resolved.

The rooftop onsen was great, offering an open-air bath and a nice view of the entire city. The location is also excellent - very close to Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street. It is highly accessible for transport, and the airport limousine bus stops nearby. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided a more comfortable pillow upon request.
The hotel feels outdated in terms of both its design and facilities. The bed and the original pillows were uncomfortable and too hard. However, looks like this is there standard in this city...
