The hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants. It closes to Bui Vien Walking Street also. Easy to find.
It has some smell in the elevator like mold or smokes. The boy that greeted us was not very friendly or happy to be there or something. He was not mean though. Just make us feel like not very welcoming

Quiet and clean in a good location. Check in after 11:00pm was very helpful.
The room booked was not available when we arrived. We were "upgraded" to a room that had a strong unpleasant cigarettes smell. We requested another room and were offered a room with a window facing a concrete wall about 20 centimeters from the window frame - but the room was clean with no bad smells and we were happy with that.
