Location. Room space..
Beautiful room. Not fully cleaned, fridge broken,power cut in the middle of night for hours, incomplete breakfast, missing items,such as coffee powder,and simple touches, the bed was uncomfortable, noisy,very upsetting sleep. The receptionist was very vague,much more skilled on WhatsApp than in person.

"Good location in São Luís Centro district: walking distance to bars and restaurants yet in a safe and quiet street. Not an easy combination in São Luís but Casa Lavinia ticked all those boxes."
