The villa location with sea view and private pool was truly lovely and very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, tea and coffees and basic spices. Wonderfully private as well. Both brought our own meals and ate at their restaurant (food took a bit of time but with generous portions; may want to dial back spice a bit).
The route to Tills is challenging in the rainy season and additional signage on main turns after leaving Accra-Cape Coast road would be extremely helpful (and save time).
The mosquito netting for the main villa sliding doors had many holes, so unable to open up and really enjoy the breeze and sounds of the sea from inside the villa.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is active in maintaining the property. My villa was comfortable. I traveled with my kids and the private pool and direct access to the beach was top tier. We stayed for 2 nights and that was more than enough.
Everything on site is paid through the app. One glitch and you're stuck. Maybe incorporating cash or card payments would be ideal.

The room (cottage) was very nice, and the location on the beach was great.
The check-in was delayed, and the check-in facility and welcome area is under construction and not very pleasant to see or transit.

The staff, the size of the space, and the private pool are commendable. The staff was attentive and polite.
Poor water quality, inconsistent hot water flow, rusty items, and inferior-quality artificial turf aesthetics were significant problems. Food order delays were also a significant problem.
