Absolutely loved our time here! The sea view is breathtaking, and having the beach right at your doorstep makes it an incredible getaway. The room itself is beautiful, the bathtub setup is wonderful, and having both strong AC and a ceiling fan made the stay super comfortable. A massive shoutout to the local staff,they are genuinely wonderful, super accommodating, and worked so hard to take great care of us throughout our stay. Make sure to try the evening pizza (it’s delicious!) and definitely order the fresh king coconut with a squeeze of lime, refreshing and great value at 600 LKR. We’re so glad we came and truly want to see this place and its lovely crew thrive!
This spot has so much potential to be truly exceptional, and the hard-working local team deserves support from management with a few facility fixes:
Plumbing: The bathtub tap was scorching hot, but the handheld spray attachment only sprayed cold water, and the main shower didn't get quite hot enough. The temperature controls just need a proper repair.
Access Road: The long dirt road connecting the main road to the property is very rough and bumpy,paving it would make arrivals much easier.
TV Setup: The TV only features region-locked apps; upgrading to Google TV or adding YouTube for international guests would be a fantastic touch.
Helpful Guest Tips: The kitchen staff is small, so dinner orders can take a bit of time—order your meals early so the team has plenty of time to prepare! Food and fresh juices are on the higher resort pricing side, and the pool would benefit from a bit more frequent skimming for outdoor leaves and bugs. (Just ask and they will clean)

It was ok and it’s a good place relative to many other places in Trincomalee/Nilaveli. The rooms are big. The pool is nice and the beach too.
The facilities aren’t maintained that well. The staff cleans the room by demand which is great but the cleaning is quite basic. For example, the area near the bathtub was quite dirty and with lots of dust.

Staff must train, not clean, not maintain the property, and overprice for that
