Makan pagi lumayan enak. Pelayanan staf hotel sangat baik dan membantu.

The bedroom
The room service took too long and we missed one breakfast meal because of it. Almost one hour to cook omelettes and chicken nuggets

Not soon after we made our booking, a rep from the hotel got in touch to assist with booking airport transfer and inquired whether we had any activities planned. After we checked in, we met with the same rep who helped us plan out our tours for our entire stay. He was very accommodating. Made our much easier.
Breakfast on our first morning at the hotel was good but as the days progressed and got closer to the weekend, the quality and presentation of food deteriorated. On the third morning (our last morning), tables were left uncleaned for the next guests and a lot of the food was not topped up.
