Mohamed the staff on-site was polite and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Simo whom I got his whatsapp number did not respond at all when contacted.
Having a bidet in the toilet would help a lot. The breakfast area could be made more airy with good ventilation when it is summer.

Great location on the edge of the medina near the gate leading into the old city. The staff were very friendly and attentive; during check-in, an employee gave us a paper map of the city, explained all the main attractions, marked them on the map, and treated us to Moroccan tea at the same time. The room was very nice, clean, and decorated in Moroccan style, with a comfortable bed, beautiful interior design, and a shower and toilet with all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were filling and delicious, made with high-quality products, and served in the cozy inner atrium of the house. When we had an early excursion, the hotel staff kindly packed breakfast for us to take away. The internet connection was of good quality. Only positive emotions from the stay!

Very friendly Ibrahim...he provided a great service to make our journey confortable.
Old equipment....not well-maintained facilities and bathroom need refurbishment and also the room. Beds sheets need to be changed, old....yellow color with dirt stains.
Very standard breakfast...
