Location, it’s very quiet yet a short walk to restaurants, beachfront. Ayu is an excellent host.
Honestly you can’t complain for the price paid. Comfy double bed, air con, quiet place, good wifi, a small fridge inside the room, free towels AND coffee + bread + egg for brekkie. What else do you need?
Yes there is no hot water and no soap (get a shampoo sachet for 1000 rupias outside and problem solved).

Perfect location, in a quiet street but walkable everywhere. I slept good, the women were really nice. They have a bakery so for breakfast you eat the bread they make, delicious. They have a pool, I floated there at night and saw a shooting star. Beautiful experience.
