Little and his family are incredibly kind people. The room was super clean and comfortable, and Little is such a wonderful person, always willing to help. I loved our conversations, and I really hope to come back someday.

Excellent location at the northern side of the old city, everything walkable, lovely every evening food market stalls just next to hotel, as well as a morning market for early risers. The family always helpful, cosy room and pretty bathroom at such a price, with fridge, kettle, good AC. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The very helpful owner's 25 year young son Rapipat is also very cheerful and tells me he is 44! :D
Better to also have black coffee satchet / packet (not just latte) in room, but this is minor and can get it at 7-11 next door.

We had a wonderful stay at A Little Guest House in Chiang Mai! The owner and his family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great information and helped us with everything we needed. They even kept our backpacks for us while we returned to Chiang Mai two days later, which we really appreciated.
Such a lovely and friendly place. We highly recommend it, and if we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we would definitely stay here again! ⭐️

Location is very good, just north of the city moat. The place is run family-like, very confortable and excellent service, the owners were very helpful providing tips or offering laundry service. The room I stayed in was really good in relation to price. There's a good chance I will stay there again!
