We stayed in a private double with a private bathroom. Check in was easy and the staff offered us use of a shower despite arriving before check in time because we'd been on an overnight train. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was huge; everything was very clean. The guesthouse has a beautiful and green garden area to relax in (though use bug spray - there's lots of mosquitos). The location was great and the guesthouse was happy to store our luggage when needed.

Location is super central, but the distance from the road and the garden provide relief from the noise of the city. Very relaxing. Walking distance from anything you need and easy to get a cab.

Es gibt genügend Cafes (oder seven eleven) in der Nähe wo man ein süßes oder herzhaftes Frühstück bekommt bzw kaufen kann. Frühstück gab es im Haupthaus ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, habe ich nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer liegen sehr ruhig gelegen in einem angenehm gestalteten Hof mit viel Grün, ein Tor mit Vorhängeschloss soll unbefugte fernhalten. Für Dummies wäre eine Einweisung sinnvoll, denn die Kette wurde von manchen Gästen so angebracht, dass man das Tor 50cm aufschieben konnte😖 Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Hof mit einer kleinen Getränkeauswahl gegen Vertrauen. Ein 24h seven eleven liegt quasi gegenüber, man muss allerdings 2 Einbahnstraßen überqueren was für sehr unsichere Personen aufgrund des Verkehrs schwierig werden kann. Hier wird jeden Abend ein Streetfoot-Parcours aufgebaut, wirklich tolles und günstiges Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber ausreichend, man kann aber draußen sitzen, es gibt Liegen und Stühle. Das Bad ist verhältnismäßig groß. Ein Schrank ist vorhanden.
Eine Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher zur allgemein Benutzung Hof wäre wünschenswert. Räucherspiralen gegen Insekten wurden vor den Zimmern aufgestellt was zu extrem schlechter Luft im Zimmer führte, sicher nicht gesundheitsfördernd. Das Toilettenpapier erinnert an Packpapier, am besten welches besorgen. Nur je eine Steckdose im Zimmer und Bad, Steckdosenleiste mitbringen macht Sinn. Kein Safe, wurde aber auch nicht angegeben. Der "Shuttleservice gegen Aufpreis" ist ein Witz, es wird vom Besitzer per Grab/Bolt ein Taxi gerufen, so hatte ich es bei der Ankunft und der entsprechenden Absprache nicht verstanden. Am Neujahrstag war dies aber nicht zeitnah möglich, ein Tuktuk übernahm für 5€

Personnel poli, souriant et aimable.
Relativement calme.
Cet hôtel est une annexe de celui situé plus dans le centre, on est donc obligé de se présenter à l'hôtel principal, 5min à pied pour le check in. Idem pour check out et récupérer sa caution. Rien d'insurmontable mais pas pratique.
On a l'impression que tout est un peu à l'abandon, il n'y a plus aucune activité ni personnel dans cette annexe, juste les chambres.
Les chambres sont propres mais tout est très vieillot et manque d'équipements (ni frigo ni bouilloire). C'est également très sombre.
Disons que pour ce prix, je trouve habituellement beaucoup mieux en Thaïlande.
