Most hospitable and attentive staff, they made us feel like royalty during our honeymoon. Most responsive hotel I've ever been to IN THE WORLD, shout out to Prim!!! They offered information about tours, which took away the research and mental load, and transportation options to different areas, which was very helpful. The airport pickup (which came with a city tour - and bonus from the owner, who spoke English, it made it easier to know how to navigate the place - we even seriously considered changing our travel plans to come back and explore Chiang Mai more and stay in this hotel. Loved the personalized breakfast options and even take away option right on time for the tour. If you're in the city, GO HERE (coming from a person who researched many options, do it!) Cute aesthetic too
Nothing really - just know how to work the A/C quick (can be cold real quick - which is a good thing lol, but tricky to get and maintain a perfect temperature - but nothing to worry about.

The staff are genuinely the loveliest, was the best start to the day seeing them! The beds are the comfiest things everrrrr, it’s like a little cocoon. So clean and if you get laundry done, it smells amazing too!
