The north gate location was very convenient and close to Sunday market and, across the street, night market for authentic Thai food. The staff was exceptional in every way. We were guided and helped with tours to laundry.
3 flights of stairs….kind of like the gym, a love / hate relationship but..at top..glad you did it!!!!

1. The hotel's location is excellent, with two cafes nearby serving delicious food and a local bar right next door.
2. Reception staff speak good English, making communication smooth and easy.
3. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi with strong reception throughout.
4. Great air conditioning.
5. Nice bathroom setup with a half-wall partition between the shower and the toilet.
6. Friendly and very alert security guard.
7. Free complimentary water bottles and snacks replenished daily.
8. Earplugs provided in the room to help with the main road traffic noise.
1. There is no elevator. Even though staff members kindly help carry luggage upstairs, it feels uncomfortable seeing them carry heavy bags up the stairs.
2. Housekeeping didn't clean the shower properly and left empty shampoo bottles behind.
3. The wooden furniture and floors were not properly dusted or cleaned, and dirt/dust was noticeable.
4. No power outlets next to the bed.
5. No wardrobes or closets for clothes storage.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.
The rooms have a separate shower - not a wet room. Aircon is strong and there is a mini fridge, kettle, and a small table for a laptop.
Beds are comfy and clean, but pillows are a bit large but that's also a personal preference.
There is a lounge area on the second floor where you can sit and read or relax.
Location is amazing and on the canal of the old city, so walking distance to everything inside.
It can be loud because it is on the main canal road, but nothing too bad unless you're a very light sleeper.
