La chambre a été parfaitement bonne, il manquait un petit équipement celle de la télévision et dans les toilettes veuillez me pardonner, il manque aussi une robinet à nettoyer pour les musulmans

Good location - Welcoming and helpful staff - Feel like home - Very spacious room - Mosquito net (very important in a country where there are mosquitoes)

The location was good, walking distance of all amenities (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets...) - Welcoming and helpful staff. Mosquito net in the room (very important for me) - Spacious room
I would have loved to have a kettle in the room - Light no so bright - Not a lot to say

The rooms are clean and the hotel is central located.
It was unclear if the price included breakfast. The wake-up service ordered the evening before did not work and also the taxi to the airport was not ordered. Also, my closest Bobo accommodation was not contacted for an airport shuttle service. That was very annoying, since there is no public transport and no taxi at the airport of Bobo. Overall, the price for the offered was too high.
