Nice, big, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Central location, close to Barrio Antiguo.
Batteries in key sensor died on first night, had to wait for an hour at 1030pm for repair. Maintenance staff were friendly, but very inconvenient. Next day key card didn't work in elevators or for room. Issues with key two days in a row for two night stay.

I liked the staff, particularly the front desk and the maid service.
Excellent air conditioning. Good location.
There was a smell in the room - kind of moldy.
Also, coming off the elevator the hallways smelled of flowery perfume.
The rooms are dated. The restaurant wasn't great either.
