New property good facilities and modern … The location is the absolute best . Get an ocean facing room it’s just wonderful to wake up with that .
The lobby could be more welcoming and more boutique like the rest of the spaces . The lobby is too functional and clinical .

The hotel features high-end, impeccably maintained, and spotless facilities, along with a top-quality breakfast. But the real star here is the staff. This is one of the few places where every single person I interacted with, from the front desk and valet to the on-site venues, delivered a fantastic experience. They are extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely eager to help and exceed expectations.
I really enjoyed my entire stay. There is nothing I didn't like.

The staff was great. The shower was designed very well - the placement of knobs were thoughtfully placed.
Breakfast was a little expensive. The driveway was closed which created a little confusion.

It’s on a nice beach . Staff at breakfast . are really nice . The manger in charge doesn’t seem to care about paying attention or making the place nicer for guests - his attitude sucked
Maintenance is required. Breakfast is average. Front desk is always crowded . Almost as if they don’t care how long people have to wait . Took an ocean suite - had to call and ask for basic things like slippers and toiletries. Despite taking the ocean suite they charged delivery costs to the room - which is really pathetic . And it’s far from the city
