Staff extremamente gentil e educados. Café da manhã muito bem servido e diverso. Cama bastante confortável.
O espaço do café da manhã não tem um isolamento acústico tão bom. Tivemos o azar de pegar um grupo de hospedes que pareciam que estavam festejando, isso atrapalhou um pouco a experiencia de estar em um hotel para relaxar.

Excellent location. Modern building (recently redone)
1. The room lock did not work
2. The air conditioning was dripping on the corner of the mattress (it was on the very corner. I didn’t get wet but suffered the Chinese torture of the drip).
3. The wardrobe sliding door slid off the rail. It was a mirror door (if it broke, who would have a 7-year bad luck spell, I or the hotel?)
4. Wi-fi was not working.
We complained early on Saturday. When we came back in the evening, items 1 and 2 were ok. Items 3 and 4 were not. We complained again and got a “nothing we can do” reply.
