La facilidad y amabilidad durante todo el proceso desde el momento de la llegada, directo a la habitación, sin demoras. llegamos una hora antes y no hubo problema para ingresar a la habitación. un lugar acogedor y muy bien ubicado. Confianza, seguridad, tranquilidad.
Quizás agregaría alguna plataforma en los TV para ver películas en la noche. Aunque no es esencial en mis paseos.

Todo excelente , regresaremos pronto , quedamos muy contentos con la atención , limpieza del hotel su arquitectura típica y el pueblito boyacense espectacular.

- Clean
- Good bed (a bit too high from the floor).
- Nice restaurant nearby.
- Guarded area
- Rooms are very small, For a couple maybe cozy, but with two kids it is like staying in a dwarf house.
- The place is in a tourist park where all kinds of local village styles have been copied. Fake but okay.
- We hardly slept as at 1am the neighbor started playing loud music. Browsing through his collection of local tearjerkers. Soft, loud, louder, soft again. We asked him from the balcony to stop, but it had the opposite effect. The guy finally stopped at 4:15am... This park has guards patrolling but they seem not to care. The manager was surprised when we told her later. Weird as the loudness of the music could simply not be have been unnoticed, At one point my husband had put toilet paper in his ears... Although the manager was very nice and truly apologized, a hotels primary function is to get some sleep, and that did not happen.
- We think the place is overrated and overpriced, but in Duitama itself there is likely not much better.
